The problem
Operating several products requires more than a successful deployment. Releases must be traceable, telemetry trustworthy and recovery possible when a server fails.
What I built
I built a platform around Gitea, CI, container delivery, guarded releases, Prometheus/Grafana monitoring, Restic backups and documented recovery. Platform Explorer makes the architecture and dependencies visible.
Engineering outcome
Presentation data is separated from protected operations. Stale telemetry is identified explicitly. Recovery procedures include isolated restore checks, with the tested scope recorded.
